The message states, “Ambani Birthday Offer: Free Unlimited Recharge for 28 Days”. To claim the Free Mobile Recharge offer, an individual has to click on the link and complete the questionnaires.
Additionally, there is a timer set to open the gift box that has some rewards. On completing the survey, it asks to share the message with 5 WhatsApp groups and 20 close friends. By doing these tasks you can get a Free Mobile Recharge of Jio for 28 days.

According to the sources and reviews Ambani Birthday Offer is completely fake.
The link contains a virus and can be a potential scam where fraudsters can steal your money and valuable data from your smartphone.
We checked on the official website of Jio to confirm the offer, we found it was not from Jio. The link mentioned in the message is myphoneoffer.com.
