इस लेख में आपको Ok Life Care नामक एक भारतीय MLM कंपनी के बारे में जानकारी मिलेंगी। जिसमे हम देखेंगे, Ok life Care की शुरुवात कैसे हुई और क्यों इसे Vestige की विरोधी कंपनी कहते है।
Ok Life Care क्या है?
Ok Life Care Private Limited की शुरुआत नवंबर, 2016 में हुई और इसके चेयरमैन Jogender Singh, MD Sarita Karwasra और CEO D.K. Saharan है।
यह कंपनी MCA के अंतर्गत दिल्ली से रजिस्टर है और इसका हेड-ऑफिस रोहतक, हरियाणा में है। इसके अलावा यह Legal Direct Selling Company List में से एक है, इस अनुसार Ok Life Care को भारत में डायरेक्ट सेलिंग व्यापार करने की अनुमति है।
Ok Life Care दावा करती है, कि उनके पास 5 TV चैनल, 17 कॉलेज व दृष्टि होटल की चैन है। लेकिन इस बात की पुष्टि हम नहीं करते है।
अगर Ok Life Care के पास अगर इतने अन्य व्यपार है, तो भी एक डायरेक्ट सेलर को इससे क्या मतलब। क्योकि डायरेक्ट सेलर की कमाई तब ही अच्छी होगी, जब कंपनी के प्रॉडक्ट और इनकम प्लान अच्छा हो। इसके अतिरिक्त बाकी चीज़े सिर्फ कंपनी की मार्केटिंग का हिस्सा है।
Ok Life Care के पास Health Care, Personal Care, Home Care व अन्य मिलाकर 150 प्रॉडक्ट है। जिनके बारे में हम आगे बात करेंगे।
OK Life Care Business Plan
Ok Life Care के बिज़नेस प्लान की बात करे, तो यह एक MLM कंपनी है, जिसमे कोई भी व्यक्ति कंपनी का मेंम्बर बन सकता है। मेंबर को हम डायरेक्ट सेलर, डिस्ट्रीब्यूटर या एसोसिएट भी कहते है।
Ok Life Care Marketing Business Plan से जुडने के बाद क्या करना होता है, इसे हम दो भागो मे बाँट सकते है।
1. प्रोडक्ट बिक्री
Ok Life Care से जुड़ने के बाद व्यक्ति को कंपनी के प्रॉडक्ट खरीदने होते है। डायरेक्ट सेलर बनने के बाद व्यक्ति को कंपनी से प्रॉडक्ट DP (Distributor Price) पर मिलते है, जो MRP (Maximum Retail Price) से कम होती है।
Ok Life Care में 500BV यानी की औसतन 1000 से 1500 रुपये के प्रॉडक्ट खरीदने जरूरी है।
2. रिक्रूटमेंट
खुद जुड़ने के बाद अब और लोगो को भी इस कंपनी से जोड़ना होता है, जिसे हम रिक्रूटमेंट कहते है। जिसने आपको जोड़ा है, वे आपके Upline (अप-लाइन) है और अब जो लोग आपके नीचे जुड़ेंगे, वो आपकी Downline (डाउन-लाइन) होगी।
ध्यान रखिये, MLM कंपनी में लोगो को जोड़ने के पैसे नही मिलते है। आपको पैसे तब ही मिलेंगे, जब आपकी Downline में लोगो ज्यादा से ज्यादा मात्रा में कंपनी के प्रॉडक्ट खरीदेंगे।
जब आप और आपकी Downline में लोग प्रॉडक्ट खरीदते है, तो उसका कुछ प्रतिशत मुनाफा आपकी Upline के पास जाता है और ऐसे ही शिलशिला चलता रहता है।
Ok Life Care Products
Ok Life Care के प्रॉडक्ट की बात करे, तो इस कंपनी के पास 150 के पास प्रॉडक्ट है। जो हेल्थ, पर्सनल केअर, वैलनेस, व ग्रोसरी केटेगरी के है।
Ok Life Care के प्रॉडक्ट पैकेजिंग अनुसार अच्छे दिखते है और डायरेक्ट सेलर के लिए ज्यादा रेंज के प्रॉडक्ट उपलब्ध है, जो इसके प्रमुख दो लाभ है।
लेकिन बेशक, अन्य अधिकतर MLM कंपनी के प्रॉडक्ट की तरह Ok Life Care के प्रॉडक्ट भी मार्किट से महंगे है।
खाशकर जब आप मसाले जैसे प्रॉडक्ट, जो हमारी आम जरूरत है और जिनकी कीमत मार्किट में एक निश्चित राशि के अनुसार चलती है। उन प्रॉडक्ट की MRP भी आपको Ok Life Care में ज्यादा मिलेंगी।
ऐसा हम इसलिए नही कह रहे है, कि हम Ok Life Care के खिलाफ है, बल्कि अधिकतर MLM कंपनी का यही हाल है। जहाँ डायरेक्ट सेलर को ना चाहते हुए भी महँगे प्रॉडक्ट खरीदने होते है।

यह सभी इनकम शुरुआत में नहीं मिलती है, बल्कि हर इनकम को हासिल करने के लिए शर्ते पूरी करनी होती है।
इन सभी इनकमों को समझने के लिए हमें BV के बारे में जानना होगा। BV का फुलफॉर्म Business Volume होता है। यह कंपनी की खुद की मुद्रा यूनिट है और हर प्रॉडक्ट की खरीद पर कंपनी द्वारा कुछ निर्धारित BV मिलता है, जिसका प्रयोग इनकम की गणना में होता है और Ok Life Care में 1 BV की वैल्यू लगभग 2.5 रुपए के बराबर है।
यानी की आप 200 से 300 रुपये का प्रॉडक्ट खरीदते है, तो 100 BV मिलती है। अब इस BV के अनुसार आपकी अलग-अलग इनकम तय होती है।
किन इसकी वैल्यू 27,000 से लेकर 35,000 रुपये के बीच हो सकती है।
Vestige Vs Ok Life Care
अभी के समय में Vestige Vs Ok Life Care के बीच में घमासान चल रहा है। ऐसा पहली बार नही हुआ है। भारतीय डायरेक्ट सेलिंग इंडस्ट्री में एक दूसरे की कंपनी को गालिया देना, सामान्य बन गया है।
पर Ok Life Care और Vestige के बीच कुछ और ही चल रहा है। जहाँ लोग एक दूसरे के प्रॉडक्ट और प्लान को यूट्यूब वीडियो बनाकर नीचा दिखा रहे है।
बीते कुछ महीनों में सागर सिन्हा समेत बहुत से लीडर Vestige से Ok Life Care में जा रहे है और बहुत सी अफवाएं भी चल रही है।
क्या Ok Life Care से जुड़ना चाहिए?
यह फैसला पूरी तरह से आपका होना चाहिए। सबसे पहले तो आपको MLM को समझना होगा। जिसमे निम्न बिंदु सबसे महत्पूर्ण है।
- MLM की सफलता दर मात्र 0.4% है। जो IIT क्रैक करने से भी मुश्किल है।
- MLM में आपको मार्केटिंग, कम्युनिकेशन, प्रेजेंटेशन जैसी स्किल्स सीखनी होगी।
- विशेषज्ञ अनुसार, MLM में सफल होने के लिए कम से कम 2 से 3 साल लागतार मेहनत करनी पड़ती है, उसके बाद ही सफलता के कुछ अवसर है।

नही, Ok Life Care भारत सरकार द्वारा मान्यत व लीगल डायरेक्ट सेलिंग कंपनी लिस्ट में से एक है।
Ok Life Care से जुड़ने के लिए आपको किसी भी पुराने Ok Life Care के डायरेक्ट सेलर से संपर्क करना हैं। उन्हें आपको अपनी जरूरी जानकारी देनी होगी और वे आपकी ID अपनी Downline में लगा लेंगे। पर ध्यान रहे, आप अपनी Upline यानी जिनके द्वारा जुड़ने वाले है, उन्हें ध्यान से चुने। क्योकि कही हद तक आपका व्यापार व इनकम उनके सहयोग पर निर्भर करती है।
डायरेक्ट सेलिंग गाइडलाइन अनुसार भारत में किसी भी कंपनी को जोइनिंग व अन्य कोई फीस लेने की अनुमति नही है। इसलिए Ok Life Care से जुड़ने के लिए भी आपको कोई फीस नही देनी है।

इस सवाल का जवाब एक वाक्य में देना उचित नही है। Vestige और Ok Life Care दोनों अपनी जगह सही है। दोनों लीगल और प्रॉडक्ट आधारित है। बस Ok Life Care नई कंपनी है, जबकि Vestige वर्षो से भारत में डायरेक्ट सेलिंग इंडस्ट्री पर राज़ कर रही है। Vestige पर भी सोनू शर्मा जैसे लीडर ख़रीदने के आरोप है और Ok Life Care पर भी कुछ ऐसे ही आरोप अब लग रहे है। लेकिन अब आपका अपना फैसला होना चाहिए, कौन सही और कोन गलत।
यह आपके ऊपर निर्भर करता है। जितना बड़ा आपका नेटवर्क और जितने ज्यादा लोग आपकी Downline में प्रॉडक्ट की खरीदी करेंगे, उतनी ज्यादा इनकम होगी।

Ok life care और vestige जैसी बहुत कंपनियां है सब के सब एक ही तरह के तो इनमें बेस्ट क्या है कैसे सेलेक्ट करूँ ?
सबसे पहले तो प्रॉडक्ट किफ़ायती होने चाहिए और एक अच्छी अप-लाइन ढूँढे। इनकम प्लान समझने के लिए एक बार खुद प्रॉडक्ट PV-BV अनुसार कमाई का विश्लेषण कर सकते है।

1 that this company was registered in 2016 and obtained a Licience to sale the dairy products copy of the Licience is shown in the legal documents witch is being attached in the encloser.

An action is required by CBI-Ed-Crime branch to save the country from the OK group of companies registered office 133 Ram Gopal Colony Rohtak. This group is not only looting the people-govt 0f India- but also spoiling the life of thousands of students and youths every year yet getting grant from govt. of India while making fake entries in their records.
All the complaints made against this group are mostly going in dustbin due to their political- financial- and police back up and mostly all the complaints made against this group is either pending or being delayed by the police due to their jurisdiction problem or the pressure. The main person, Joginder Dalal has regirtered his Ok life care firm in England in may 2020 and may be planning to leave India. If you do not take any action very quickly you will see one more Ram Rahim- Assa Ram with a team of lacs of fake passouts who have bought back dated degrees and now these students- youths are being motivated to join OK life Care pvt. Ltd.
